Our Projects
Our Projects
At Pioneers for Development and Training, we believe that real change happens through action.
Our projects are designed to empower individuals, support communities, and build a sustainable future across Jordan — particularly in Madaba and South Amman.
Each initiative reflects our core values of participation, equality, and sustainability
Youth Awareness and Empowerment in Al-Jeeza and Madaba
This project aims to equip young people with essential life skills, leadership abilities, and entrepreneurship knowledge to help them become active agents of change in their communities.
Women and Leadership Program
A program dedicated to empowering women to start their own businesses and enhance their participation in social and economic life.
It builds confidence, practical skills, and leadership potential
Safe Schools Initiative
Aims to create safer, more inclusive, and inspiring learning environments for both students and teachers.
We work to strengthen awareness, support mental well-being, and foster collaboration inside schools
Environment for All
Because sustainability starts with awareness, this project focuses on environmental protection, green spaces, and waste reduction through hands-on community initiatives.
Community and Cultural Participation
A creative initiative that connects culture, art, and civic engagement to strengthen social ties and national belonging.
Through arts, events, and public participation, we promote identity, unity, and positive change
- Participation in national events such as Independence Day, Army Day, and Teacher’s Day
- Organizing theater performances addressing social issues like identity, education, and employment
- Launching artistic and cultural initiatives such as poetry evenings, exhibitions, and musical performances
- Reviving cultural and religious occasions in innovative ways that connect generations
- Joining national campaigns such as cleaning, planting, and education support drives
